Timely and adequate pediatric care has never been more important than today, especially during the national pandemic and flu season approaching.

Why XpertCare?

XpertCare is assisting military families with efforts to close the gap in access to care for their children. This is why they offer on-demand pediatric care. They are Tricare-approved in 3 states currently with plans to expand. If you are a military family residing in California, North Carolina, or Virginia, as of October 2020, you are in luck. Their Board Certified Pediatricians are waiting to answer the call to be there for your kids, which eliminates unnecessary wait times, prevents unnecessary exposure to other germs by traveling to the doctors office, and eases the stress on military families by allowing them to be seen in the comfort of their own homes.

My Experience

Once I learned that XpertCare had been approved for North Carolina military families, I couldn’t have been more excited to have this amazing resource available, since I have a toddler. Instead of fretting about taking my son to his Pediatrician thirty minutes away, I decided to give XpertCare a try. It was simple and so reassuring to a concern I had about a rash my son developed. I went online, clicked a button, scheduled the appointment, filled out a few forms, submitted pictures of my concern, and about fifteen minutes later, I was on a private video conference with Dr. Di Enno, a Board Certified Pediatrician, Navy Veteran, and military spouse. She heard my concerns, took notes, and gave us peace of mind on the issue. In addition, she promptly emailed me a report with notes about the tele-visit and a few days later called to follow up on the concern and check on my son. Now, that’s service!

How XpertCare Works

If your child has Tricare insurance and your family resides in one of the approved states, CA, NC, & VA, then go online to https://xpertcare.online/.

Once you submit that, and download the VSee Clinic app on your phone.you will be contacted to begin the appointment.
